Because every ZOGO piece is handcrafted, minor variations are natural — and celebrated. These subtle differences are part of what makes each jewel unique.
We hope you love your ZOGO piece. Each jewel is crafted with care, and we stand behind its quality. If something isn’t right, here is how we handle returns and exchanges:
1) Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with packaging, tags, and any certificates included.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
2) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3) Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for another size or style, please contact us at fer@zogogems within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
6) International Orders

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These charges are non-refundable, even if you return your order.

Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7) Final Sale Items

Sale items, gift cards, and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
