At ZOGO, we want your pieces to arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and on time. Below you’ll find our guidelines for processing and shipping orders.


1) Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

  • We’ll notify you by email once your order has shipped.


2) Domestic Shipping (Mexico)

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express options may be available at checkout.

  • All domestic orders include tracking.


3) International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country and carrier, usually 7–21 business days.

  • Tracking is included on most international orders.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are non-refundable, even if you return your order.


4) Free Shipping

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Details will be clearly displayed at checkout.


5) Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at studio@zogogems.com and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it.


6) Packaging

  • Each ZOGO piece is carefully packed with protective materials and branded packaging.

  • Multiple items in one order may be shipped together whenever possible.
