During product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

2) Domestic Shipping (Mexico)

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Express options may be available at checkout.

All domestic orders include tracking.
3) International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country and carrier, usually 7–21 business days.

Tracking is included on most international orders.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are non-refundable, even if you return your order.
4) Free Shipping

5) Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

6) Packaging

Each ZOGO piece is carefully packed with protective materials and branded packaging.

Multiple items in one order may be shipped together whenever possible.
